Our People
We believe that people are
our asset. The identification and nurturing of talent is
a key part of our overall business strategy. To help our
people grow, develop and learn we create innovative in-house
training programmes and frequently send personnel to attend
external courses and seminars. We also place utmost importance
in providing a comprehensive appraisal system that is used
to reward performing employees to keep them motivated and
